Last week was a busy week at SnapStation. We attended two weddings and a charity event at a local shopping centre. In this week's blog we are focusing on the two weddings we attended - Thomas and Rita's wedding at Woodhall Manor, Sutton and Sophia and Stephen's wedding at Sussex Barn, Burnham Market.
Rita and Thomas - Woodhall Manor
Last Wednesday we had the pleasure of attending the stunning Woodhall Manor near Woodbridge to be part of the wedding of the lovely Rita and Thomas. We were honoured to work with Gift of a Wedding, a wonderful charity that does amazing work for some very deserving couples. It was the first time we have been to Woodhall Manor, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The Manor, an Elizabethan building, provided a beautiful backdrop to the landscaped gardens. The photo booth was set-up in the reception room near to the sweet cart and disco. The personalised booth went down particularly well, and the silver sequin backdrop sparkled in the light.
The venue was beautifully styled by PED events. The tables were decorated with elegant candelabras and red roses to fit the couple's chosen red and grey theme. Their talented photographer, Tanya Alexanda, was on hand to capture some brilliant images of the day - and even paid a little visit to the booth for a few snaps in front of the camera!
It was a pleasure to meet Rita, Thomas, their family and friends. We really enjoyed being part of their special day, and capturing some memories they can look back upon.
Sophia and Stephen - Sussex Barn
On Saturday we were lucky enough to have a little trip to North Norfolk to be part of Sophia and Stephen's beautiful wedding at Sussex Barn, Burnham Market. The day couldn't have been anymore glorious with weather more reminiscent of the South of France than North Norfolk. We were really excited to use one of our newer backdrops - Hessian and Lace - for the first time at a wedding, alongside the rose chevron print strips. The photo booth matched the beautiful rustic barn that the venue is renowned for, with exposed beams and brick. Sophia and Stephen's decor continued this theme with fairy lights, bunting, hessian, lace and touches of pink. Together the beautiful venue and their finishing touches looked stunning.
The beautiful finishing touches and gorgeous weather made for a perfect setting for the very talanted Maddie Parker Photography and MS Provision - Wedding Videography to capture their special day. One of our favourite finishing touches which deserves a special mention was their gorgeous heart shaped table plan.
The photo booth went down particularly well with their lovely guests, and was continually busy throughout the night. The younger guests particularly enjoyed it, often returning for multiple visits. It was great to see some well timed photo bombing, and hilarious poses, including one of our first attempts at a great flying pose from a couple of guests. The moments captured by the booth were added to our handmade photo booth album that matched Sophia and Stephen's theme.
Thank you so much to Sophia and Stephen for booking us for their special day - it was a privilege to meet and work with such a lovely couple, their families and friends. We wish the new Mr and Mrs Palmer all the best for the future.
