Our little Christmas break at SnapStation is nearing its end. After a few mince pies, a little Christmas cheer and festive time spent with our families it is now time to look forward to an exciting 2018 at SnapStation. Before we do that, we are super excited to share a couple more weddings from 2017. The first wedding spotlight is the beautiful rustic wedding of Elliot and Bec.
On the 16th December, with a hint of Christmas in the air, we made the short journey over to The Pennoyer Centre in Pulham St Mary. The venue is a stunning rustic former chapel and free school that was lovingly restored a few years ago. This venue with its mix of rustic charm and modern touches complimented Elliot and Bec’s beautiful venue styling. This provided plenty of great photo opportunities for their photographer – the very talented Gina Manning.
As soon as we arrived we could tell the couple had put a lot of effort into making their day special. A beautifully decorated cake table displayed some gorgeous sweet treats. We particularly loved the stunning wedding cake baked by Elliot himself. The sweet treats continued with a fully stocked sweet table - something that was very popular with the younger guests (and those young at heart). For a little winter warmer, the couple also created their own hot chocolate table complete with some yummy wintery toppings.
The creativity and personalisation continued into our SnapStation setup as Elliot and Bec decided to match our gorgeous Rose Gold Sequin backdrop with a stunning wintery floral arch provided by the brilliant La Belle Flowers. We have to say it created a stunning backdrop, which looked fantastic in the pictures. The couple chose our beautiful Newlyweds photo strip and opted for their own bespoke couple portrait created by our favourite Froggy Friend – Frog and Pencil. The couple were really pleased with how this turned out and it was a great keepsake for their guests. We incorporated all the fabulous colours from their scheme into their personalised guest book – a stunning palette of navy, marsala and rose gold.
It was a privilege to be part of Elliot and Bec’s big day. The wintery scheme, matched with warming touches made for one of our favourite wedding decors. We wish the new Mr and Mrs Beaumont all the best for the future.
