We have been lucky enough to have some great events this week at SnapStation. Join us as we give you an insight into our week.
Our first event was on Wednesday evening when we met some lovely couples at the Rookery Park Wedding Fayre. We always love a good wedding fair as it gives us a chance to meet both new suppliers and excited couples, and to showcase the vintage retro booth! This event was no different, and we were eager to use our newest backdrop Peonies, Peaches and Cream. If safe to say it went down very well as people loved the blush pinks mixed with soft creams, and an added sparkle from the touches of gold.
We also got the chance to have a little look around some of the stands by other great suppliers. One of our favourites must be this lovely table plan, available to hire from The Charming Vintage Co. Just look at those stunning flower wall sections!
Thursday saw an event that has been in the planning for a while now. We had the honour of providing a photo booth for the Beauty and Fashion event at House of Fraser, Norwich. It was safe to say we couldn’t wait for this event, and we were excited to use the Rose Gold Shimmer backdrop which added a glamorous touch to the occasion, and looked great on the custom designed flower photo strips.
We also introduced one of our newest props our beautiful personalised frame which will now be available with our Luxe package. It was certainly a popular prop with those who used the booth!
The week was completed on Saturday when we met the lovely Chloe and Ben to set-up the booth at their wedding reception near Poringland. They had a rustic country themed marquee reception with touches of hessian, log slices and floral arrangements. We particularly liked the great use of a couple of wellington boots to set off a beautiful floral arrangement and the flower-filled parasols suspended from the ceiling. The Vintage Retro booth looked particularly at home in this setting, and the choice of our Hessian and Lace backdrop, and our Classic photo strip perfectly suited their theme.
Whilst Saturday may not have been the driest, the couple and their guests didn’t let it phase them. They had a lot of fun pulling some great poses in the booth. Check out some of our favourite pictures below:
We wish the happy couple all the best in the future, as the new Mr and Mrs Turner.
To finish off a busy week, my wife and I decided to take on the Gung-Ho challenge in Norwich. It was 5km of laughs, inflatable obstacles, mud, foam and the odd downpour, but it was certainly worth it in the end (especially when we were handed our 80's headbands)!
