We had the joy and delight of attending a beautiful wedding last week with the SnapStation booth, and we couldn’t wait to share our wedding spotlight. Join us as we share the fun we had on Steve and Siobhan’s big day.
On Saturday we made the short trip over to Oxnead Hall, nestled in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The stunning hall, great barn and exquisite landscaped gardens made for the perfect venue. As we arrived, the couple and their guests were then enjoying their wedding breakfast. We set the SnapStation booth up in the Fountain Room, just off the great barn. This beautiful light and airy room opens on to the stunning courtyard.
The mixture of rustic and elegant décor at the venue was beautiful. Strings of fairy lights, festoon lighting and chiffon drapes provided a stunning setting in the great barn. This was beautifully offset by giant Marquee letters on the mezzanine floor. It provided an excellent backdrop to dance the night away. The whole venue looked amazing – as did the food! The guests enjoyed tucking in to some delicious-looking fish & chip cones and pork rolls. The talented band were also on hand to organise an impromptu bride and groom karaoke sing-along to Kings of Leon and also a unique (and very engaging) take on ‘Beat The Intro’.
To match the stunning décor the couple decided on one of favourite backdrops – the rustic Hessian and Lace, matched with our grey dots photo strip. The photo strips were placed in their personalised SnapStation Photo Booth guest book, alongside their guests lovely messages. The open style booth worked particularly well as their friends and family of all ages loved pulling some poses with our selection of brilliant props. Although the weather was particularly cruel all day, this certainly didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits! We even had a quick visit from the band and Steve and Siobhan’s talented photographer – Dan from D&A Photography.
It was a pleasure to meet Steve and Siobhan, and provide the SnapStation booth on their special day. We wish them all the best in the future and on their journey as a newly married couple.
