So where is the actual booth?
The simple answer is - there isn't one! A SnapStation gives you all the benefits of a photo booth, without the restrictions of an enclosure. No need for large groups to try to squeeze themselves into a box - so no excuses for your guests not to pull their best shapes and crazy poses! It is accessible for people of all ages and everyone else around can see the fun! The open-air setup gives you a space that can be customised in many different ways to really suit the style or theme of your event and venue.
How does it work?
Its easy! Just touch the screen to start, grab some props, strike a pose every few seconds and you will receive your printout. With our Premium and Luxe packages two copies of each photo strip will be printed - one for your guests to take home & the other to go into your guestbook alongside a personal message. Our friendly SnapStation attendant will be on hand to guide you, and also assist in those quick fire prop changes.
How many people can fit?
Due to the open nature of the SnapStation setup, the amount of people who can fit into each picture is only limited by the space allocated at your venue.
We have found that a group of 2 - 6 people at a time makes the best, and most detailed snaps.
Is there a green screen option?
No. We do not offer a green screen backdrop, as we prefer to focus on high picture quality. We feel that our wide range of backdrops offers something for everyone. Each backdrop is designed to give great impact in photos, as well as look great in situ at your venue.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
To secure your requested hire date a non-returnable deposit of £100.00 is required.
Is there a charge for travel expenses?
If your event is within 40 miles of where SnapStation is based in Lowestoft, Suffolk then travel expenses are included in the package price. If your event is further away then please contact us for further information.
How long does it take to set up?
It usually takes around 30-40 minutes to set-up the equipment. The SnapStation attendant will arrive at the venue around 60 minutes before the agreed hire period to get everything ready.
What do you require at the venue?
- The location for your SnapStation needs to be on level ground, sheltered from the rain, and at least 2 metres square. We will also require one standard electrical socket nearby.
- Parking facilites in order to unload and load equipment.
Who owns the rights to the pictures taken?
SnapStation will hold the copyright for the photos taken at your event, but you will have full access to all images.
Do you have Public Liability insurance?
Yes, we hold public liability insurance of £5,000,000, and our booths are PAT tested.
